CORE ROUTINE

If you’ve ever run a long distance race, you’ve experienced the fatigue that sets in as you approach the last few miles before that celebratory finish line.  A strong core could mean the difference between a strong finish and the walk of shame.  Your core stabilizes every part of your body, and a strong core can help you run faster, longer without losing running form and efficiency.  Here’s a core workout that’s sure to have you running stronger, crossing the finish line with confidence! 

*Do each exercise for 30 seconds each.  Repeat sequence for 3-5 rounds.
