Your core stabilizes every part of your body, and a strong core can help you run faster, longer without losing running form and efficiency. Here’s a core workout that’s sure to have you running stronger, crossing the finish line with confidence!
*Do each exercise for 30 seconds each. Repeat sequence for 3-5 rounds.
